    Minimum qualifications:

    Rigil is looking for a resource to provide support for their overall EPMS Portfolio Management effort. At a minimum, this support is anticipated to consist of the following:

    Provide administrative and technical support in the implementation of the EPMS portfolio;

    Identify, monitor, and status program/project-level corrective actions to improve the likelihood of success for programs/projects within the program/project portfolio;

    o Monitors project activities and resources to mitigate risk

    Produce program/project portfolio-level reports, in particular the monthly Scorecard and all associated attachments and metrics;

    o Conduct and facilitate monthly scorecard review sessions with each EPMS Division and capture and track action items;

    Provide support for all aspects of the EPMS PMR process, including, but not limited to: helping to plan and conduct PMR planning meetings, facilitating PMR sessions, documenting PMR minutes and action items from all associated PMR and PMR Planning meetings, tracking PMR action items to closure, performing limited validation of quality aspects of closure actions to ensure projects met the intent of the action item;

    Support the development, maintaining, tracking, and reporting on metrics;

    Lead non-technical process development efforts to document standardized EPMS administrative and organizational processes (e.g., EPMS Desk Book)

    Implements and maintains quality assurance on selected processes (e.g., monthly reporting, EPMS Desk Book, etc)

    Gives presentations and briefings on all aspects of portfolio management implementation;

    Maintains the EPMS Organizational Chart;

    Maintains the EPMS Roles and Responsibility Matrix.

    Preferred skillset(s) for this support:

    Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and demonstrated professionalism;

    Strong communication skills both verbal and written;

    Comfortable and able to articulate information at the “right level” when interacting with FAA Executive Level personnel
