Job Description:
Assist with coordination of requirements identification, needs analyses, and training design, delivery, evaluation, and management.
Support enhancement of operations planning collaborative decision process utilizing improved data capabilities.
Provides live one-on-one end user training to federal government employees.
Utilize Sharepoint Online expertise to support program implementation and expansion.
Support Workforce Development online tool updates/changes.
Support audits of Workforce Development program, including tool, process and user experience
Communications and documentation support for:
User guide
Training catalog
Quick reference guide
Program communications to users and stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree + 5 relevant years
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, journalism, history, or political science degrees are required.
Possess excellent computer literacy with the ability to function in FAA multi-system software applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint.
Possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage actions to meet changing deadlines and requirements within a high volume, high stress environment.
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and demonstrated professionalism
Ability to be self-motivated and able to work in a team and independently.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Highly responsive to requested needs
Ability to work with confidential and proprietary information using utmost discretion.
