Purpose

This position includes, but not limited to, systems engineering activities oversight, demonstrated expertise with new and legacy systems, technical alternative analyses, acquisition management of information systems, and information management tools.

Duties and Responsibilities

Requires information systems engineering, functional analysis of system requirements, development, production, test and evaluation of related information systems.

Performing hardware and software analyses to provide comparative data or performance characteristics and suitability within the existing environment, usually under the guidance of a more senior leader or manager.

Minimum Qualifications

BS degree in Science or Master of Science degree in an engineering, mathematics, or related discipline

15 years of relevant experience with Job Duties

5 years’ experience with Oracle SOA BPM and preferred experience in WebLogic 11g & 12c Fusion Middleware, and Oracle OBIEE.

Software Experience: Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management 6.x – 16.x, Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management v8 – 16.x, Visio, Microsoft Office Professional Suite, TortoiseSVN • Operating Systems & Platforms: WebLogic 11g & 12c Fusion Middleware, Oracle SOA BPM, Oracle OBIEE, Redhat Linux, Collabnet Subversion Server, Microsoft IIS 7.x , Apache, Windows Server 2012, Windows 2008 R2, Citrix (XenApp) 6

Tools/Applications Experience: Spiceworks, Vbscript, Powershell v2, NetMon, Perfmon, Sysinternal, Windows networking tools, Active Directory User and Computer utility and Group Policies
