    PurposeRigil Business Financial Management Analyst provides analytic and consulting support for long-term, large-scale change management to improve financial management operations across the agency.

    Duties and responsibilities

    Experience in monitoring compliance with general contract terms and conditions for government contracts

    Experience with contractor and vendor management, including SOWs, funding allocations, and invoice review and approval

    Analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization‚programs and administrative operations.

    Provide technical guidance on issues, proposals, and activities impacting program operations, and ensure operating units are in alignment with regulatory and administrative provisions and requirements.

    Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues independently and as part of a team

    Minimum qualifications and skills

    Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics or related field.

    3-6 years of experience in program and project financial management

    Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its effective use in a financial tracking, analysis, and reporting environment

    Excellent computer literacy with the ability to function in multi-system software applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint.

    Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and demonstrated professionalism

    Ability to solve problems through systematic analysis of processes with sound judgment with a realistic understanding of relevant issues.

    Strong communication skills both verbal and written
