    Purpose The Marketing & Communications Specialist will develop and create content for the company's print, digital media and product descriptions. Then will communicate with leadership and the teams to enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides and marketing copy and deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness. If you’re familiar with producing creative content and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you.

    Duties and responsibilities

    Create websites, fact sheets, brochures, and articles to facilitate engagement.

    Conduct & manage email marketing campaigns.

    Manage company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms) and establish updating and reporting standards.

    Provide corporate public relations support by writing and designing press releases, fact sheets, special event materials and website content.

    Manage marketing plans and publicity for applications developed and released by the company.

    Develop informational videos to creatively communicate organization’s Mission & Vision.

    Develop change management strategies to assist IT leadership with communicating organizational change.

    Establish and creatively deliver metrics to emphasize the benefit and efficiency strategic communication planning brings to IT projects.

    Design questionnaires to measure attitudes and awareness to serve as benchmark research in the internal communications strategy

    Use digital media to raise awareness of organization's charitable & social initiates.

    Required Qualifications

    Three to five years of demonstrated experience.

    Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.

    Excellent writing and communications skills.

    Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies).
