Hours:
Must be able to work the following, firm schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM Saturdays 8:00 AM -11:30 AM

Requirements:
A passion for wellness, and a comfort in promoting a healthy lifestyle is a MUST.
A minimum of one year's worth of college credits.
Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
High energy, a strong work ethic, and excellent social skills.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Welcoming patients with warmth and sincerity.
Answering phones with energy and enthusiasm.
Collaborating closely with our doctors to enhance office efficiency and customer care.
Handling billing and financial transactions with care and attention.
Managing scheduling and patient follow-ups.
Corresponding via letters and email with professionalism and warmth.
Tracking patient visits, office statistics, and contributing to goal-setting efforts.
Ensuring that every individual who enters our office feels embraced and valued.
Assisting with office events, organizational tasks, and maintaining office functionality.
