GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION
With the Construction Manager’s (CM) guidance and supervision, the Project Manager (PM) is ultimately accountable for success of COMPANY projects in terms of project fee. The PM provides overall administrative and technical expertise and support on the assigned project. The PM implements and ensures safe project execution to COMPANY’s standards, consistent with cost, schedule and contractual requirements to ensure financial success of the project. The PM is responsible for the project’s performance in support of these goals. The PM is responsible for providing leadership coordinating all activities on the project site. Emphasis must be placed on high return activities. The PM is accountable and responsible to the CM to provide proactive leadership.

SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
The PM is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Project Specific HSE Plan for assigned projects and to hold the Project Team accountable for the implementation of the COMPANY HSE Plan. The PM will work closely with the site safety management to ensure the site safety team is adequate for the project and actively implement the safety program and participate in audits, job walks and incident reviews as required by COMPANY Policies and Guidelines.
QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES
The PM is responsible for ensuring that the COMPANY quality program is implemented and maintained through the life-cycle of the project. Specifically, the PM is to participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Site Specific Quality Plan and ensure that the requirements outlined in the Corporate Quality Manual and the Quality Standard Operating Procedures are monitored and controlled until the project has completed the close-out process. The PM is responsible for identifying quality requirements and ensuring that proper processes are identified and implemented to achieve contractual quality commitments, while assessing customer perception of quality on a regular periodic basis.
