Job Description

Rincon Consultants, Inc. is seeking a MARKETING/PROPOSAL COORDINATOR who will be an integral part of the success Rincon has experienced in the last 25+ years. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and team-oriented marketing group. As a marketing/proposal coordinator you will work with leadership, business development, and our graphics team to establish proposal and interview strategies and assist in the pursuit of new business/clients.

WHAT DO YOU GET TO DO IN THIS POSITION:

• Coordinate proposals, statements of qualifications, and letters of interest.
• Create and update cut sheets, presentations and related marketing materials using existing design templates and brand standards.
• Assist in maintaining and tracking opportunities.
• Assist in conducting market and client research.
• Compose letters, resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate information.
• Manage the production to packaging efforts on all proposals.
• Collaborate with project managers located in multiple offices to prepare submittals.
• Coordinate special projects/events, as needed.
• Other tasks as needed

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, related degree, or equivalent education and experience.
• Two or more years of industry experience as marketing coordinator in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry
• Must have strong communication, writing and organizational skills
• Must be experienced with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently
• Positive attitude/support
• Team player

DESIRED

• Experience as a technical editor/writer, in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC)
• Adobe InDesign experience
• Form SF-330 experience
