    Job Description

    Rinehart Racing is hiring a Field Sales Representative for the West Region. Primary responsibility is to manage the relationship with the company’s network of dealers within their assigned region, driving Rinehart Racing product sales through in-person dealership staff engagement. The position is a full-time salaried plus variable compensation position and the company is looking to make an immediate hire. The candidate will work for the Sales Department reporting directly to the VP of Sales and will work remotely from a home office.

    Responsibilities include:

    · Meeting with dealership staff on a weekly basis, obtaining and coordinating the fulfillment of orders in conjunction with the internal Sales Support Team.

    · Establish and manage relationships interacting with staff in a retail motorcycle dealership including parts and service staff as well as key management staff.

    · Solution based sales approach working with dealership staff to make them more profitable through the use of Rinehart Racing products and support.

    · Training dealership staff on our products technical and selling features and benefits.

    · Coordination and participation in various dealer and company selling events (i.e. open houses, rallies).

    · Support the execution of various marketing and sales strategies.

    · Develop, maintain and manage the regional yearly sales plan to achieve company sales objectives.

    This is a unique opportunity to be part of a sales team responsible for driving company sales for a growing company. This position will be directly responsible for achieving company sales objectives and promoting Rinehart Racing Exhaust Systems driving the success of the company through our network of authorized dealers. Successful candidate must be self-motivated, able to work well in a team environment, understand the retail power sports business and have a good record of accomplishment using solution based sales methods.

    LOCATION: Field-based residing in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming.

    RELEVANT EDUCATION: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · Minimum 5 years of related experience in the power sports or motorcycle industry in a field sales, field technical service or retail management position

    · Solution based sales techniques

    · Product Knowledge

    · Public speaking and excellent communication skills

    · Proficient in the use of computer (Microsoft Office) and personal devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.)

    · Must reside within the region

    · Significant travel (85% plus) necessary
