    JOB SUMMARY:

    RING SAVVY INC. IS A 24/7 LIVE ANSWERING SERVICE FOR LARGE AND SMALL BUSINESSES, LAW FIRMS, HVAC COMPANIES, PLUMBERS, AND ANY BUSINESS IN NEED OF VIRTUAL RECEPTIONISTS. WE TRAIN OUR REMOTE VIRTUAL RECEPTIONISTS TO FULLY INTEGRATE WITH THE BUSINESSES WE ANSWER FOR.

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME, ENTRY LEVEL REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TO ASSIST WITH THE SET UP AND IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW CLIENTS’ ACCOUNTS.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    • Set up new accounts based on client’s specifications.

    • Maintain client accounts and records within CRM and other databases.

    • Troubleshooting common issues that may arise with accounts.

    • Required to call current clients and adjust their accounts if necessary.

    • Maintains client records by updating account information.

    • Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward vendors, coworkers and clients at all times.

    • Responds promptly to client inquiries.

    • Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

    • Listen to client concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem.

    • Contact phone providers to complete account set up.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.

    • Must have experience in customer service.

    • Must have experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.

    • Ability to work as part of a team.

    • Ability to multitask.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Exceptional customer service skills.

    • Work efficiently in a fast paced environment.

    • Strong organizational skills.

    • Exceptional vendor relationships.

    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

    • Attention to detail.

    • VOIP experience is a plus.
