    As the Business Development Manager at Ringo, your role is focused on accelerating our Go To Market Strategy for Ringo. You will collaborate with our product team as well as with the prospects to create a customized experience throughout the sales cycle from inception to implementation.

    Every Day You Will:

    • Execute on a strategic outbound sales plan with focus on developing NEW Business Opportunities
    • Identify prospective clients within the defined Ideal Client Profile
    • Build, Develop and Manage active Pipeline of Opportunities
    • Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads to initiate the sales process
    • Scheduling discovery meetings to qualify prospects and schedule product demos
    • Conduct Product Demos and Prepare Presentations
    • Close opportunities and assisting in transition of projects to client services
    • Build Relationships with Industry Associations and Partners
    • Conduct timely follow-up and accurate qualification of inbound inquiries and marketing campaign leads
    • Document account and contact information in CRM system
    • Meet activity and revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations Teams
    • Strive to learn with the Goal of Becoming an Industry SME for our Clients and Partners
    • Contribute to building Best Practices around CRM Pipeline Management as well as Marketing Efforts

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in a SaaS offering
    • Healthcare, Staffing, VMS/MSP and/or Workforce Management industry experience preferred
    • Proven track record of achieving qualified meeting targets
    • Excellent tele-prospecting and qualification skills and can build long term relationships with prospects
    • Extensive experience in outbound sales lead development targeting Executive contacts in medium and large enterprises
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment across multiple marketing campaigns
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to meet personal and team goals for activity and revenue
