About the Role

As a member of our dynamic Operations team, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality experience and that our daytime logistics flow smoothly. This role works cross-functionally in daytime operations as well as delivery operations. We are looking for exceptional performers who are motivated to learn quickly, solve problems, and be part of a growing team!

In this role, you will…

Daytime Operations:

• Own delivery preparations for our evening operations.
• Coordinate with the Customer Care team, and our Dry Clean and Laundromat cleaning partners to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive a 16’ box truck to support daytime logistics.
• Cross train in customer claims and special operations departments.

Delivery Operations:

• Deliver laundry orders in the evening (7:15-10:45pm) while providing a delightful customer experience.

• Are available Sunday - Thursday 3:00pm-10:30pm
• Proficient in Google Docs and iOS devices
• Have a High School Diploma or College Degree (College Degree Preferred)
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
• Have a driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to pass an MVR check
• Have a 4-door model vehicle or larger
