Job Description
We are hiring for a full time position for someone that is truly passionate and up to date with all the changes in the world of software as it pertains to business. We are coming up on ten years of being in business and want to enter into the next decade in modern terms. It will be a fun and exciting opportunity for the right person to help us build, integrate, and maintain a software deck that benefits from the rapid pace of digital software tools. The person for this position will have the following repsonsibilities:
-Review our business and assess its current needs
-Research, suggest, and procure relevant software tools
-Integrate those tools into our systems and aid in the onboarding of each system
-Assist in educating relevant staff on use of these tools (in conjunction with other resources from the software companies, etc.)
-Maintain software systems and work directly with software companies to work out bugs, suggest tools, or use API or developer kits to customize software to fit our business
-Continue to stay up to date on new or better tools as they become known
-Work with our staff to assist in issues they may face adapting to using the system
It will be an exciting journey and a chance to both teach and learn as business is changing rapidly. Our brand is globally recognized without these tools so it will be exciting to see what happens with the implementation of a new and powerful software stack and team.
