RipeMetrics, Inc. (http://ripemetrics.com), is a San Diego based AI company looking for a marketing intern with strong social media, communication and sales skills. Our platform is giving the world one of the first AI powered fully automated Customer Growth Platform and we are looking for someone to join our growing team.

Our highly experienced CEO and CRO will be working closely with you to combine their knowledge and experience with your fresh learning and new ideas. This will be a hands-on way to learn how marketing operates and a digitally-driven, high-velocity tech start-up.

Responsibilities:

• Create workflow automations for newsletters, blogs and social media
• Help us build and maintain a presence on the main social media platforms LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
• Perfect our Marketing Operations reporting for both web and in-app analytics
• Monitor and report against the impact of our social media outreach, advise on possible iterations to improve conversion
• Conduct market research
• Collaborate on projects including content creation

Requirements :

• Basic knowledge of marketing, good understand of marketing automations
• Currently studying marketing, business, or related field
• Social media experience
• Strong written and verbal communication

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Graphic design
• UI/UX design
• Copywriting and content creation

Duration: 3-6 months (part-time)
