XRP Markets Summer Internship If youre passionate about cryptocurrencies, this is the internship for you! As the XRP Markets Intern youll be the right hand of our Head of XRP Markets and the general glue of the team for the summer. Youll assist in agenda planning and team meetings execution, shadow team members on pivotal meetings and calls helping to keep the team on track, as well as help with ad-hoc special projects for the XRP Markets Team. Youll learn the ins and outs of the virtual currency space and help drive growth to the 3rd largest cryptocurrency in the world. What youll do: Support the Head of XRP Markets on day-to-day management and analysis of high-priority issues and initiatives Organize team meetings, set the agenda, take notes and send meeting wrap-ups Act as a Chief of Staff to our Head of XRP Markets Work closely with the XRP Markets Team to help develop market intelligence tools Draft daily and weekly reports on XRP markets activity for senior leadership Research and analyze XRP liquidity for pivotal products such as xRapid What were looking for: Junior, Senior or MBA-level student studying business, economics or mathematics Experience in financial services or cryptocurrency (hedge funds, payments, exchanges, blockchain) Strong written and verbal communication skills Passionate about XRP and Ripple Positive, team player Intellectually curious and willing to learn A self starter who will suggest whats next instead of ask What we offer: Competitive hourly pay Modern office in the Chelsea neighborhood Fully stocked kitchen with organic snacks, beverages and coffee drinks Weekly lunch Team outings to sports games, happy hours, game nights and more!
