Job Description

We are a growing Chiropractic office looking for an intelligent, up-beat team member who loves people and loves to serve others to be part of our dynamic team. We need someone with energy, enthusiasm, and intelligence. Verbal and written skills are required. We are not afraid of new ideas or different ways of communicating with the public. This position requires script memorization, some public speaking, attention to detail, some event planning and persuasiveness. The ideal candidate has a willingness to learn and humility. We are a mission-focused office that is centered around education on natural health principles. We care for families and pediatrics/children.

• Qualities of an ideal candidate for the Office Executive Assistant/ Office Manager Position Include:

• HARD WORKER

• Willingness and motivation to learn new things in a fast paced and busy environment

• Will be required to learn/ memorize office scripts for education

• Attention to detail - will be handling paperwork

• Previous medical /chiropractic experience is not required

• Excellent customer service skills

• Flexibility in hours (evenings and weekends)

• Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment - this is NOT a desk job

• Must be outgoing and willing to communicate with our practice members daily

• A team player

• A dedicated and loyal individual who seeks a position of longevity

• A creative and innovative mind

• A definite multi-tasker

• Someone who loves serving others and watching sick people get well, a compassionate heart

• Bilingual is a plus, but not required

• Technological-savvy is important

• Will be required to travel twice a year for training (travel expenses will be paid)

• Hours of the position:

• Monday: 9:00am-1:30pm; 2:30pm-7:00pm

• Tuesday: 11:00am-1:30pm; 2:30pm-9:00pm

• Wednesday: 9:00am-1:30pm; 2:30pm-7:00pm

• Thursday: 9:00am-7:00pm

• Friday (2 days a month ranging from 8am to 3pm)

• Saturday (2 days a month ranging from 7am to 5pm)
