This is an immediate hire role and a commute is required. The ideal candidate has strong communication and leadership skills. A team leader will be responsible for the business’s operational performance on the sales floor. A team leader will create pop up shop schedules, oversee sales transactions, train and supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure the business runs smoothly.
Full Time Team Leader Duties:
Assist team in providing exceptional sales service
Handle customer complaints gracefully and with tact
Abide by all safety rules and company regulations
Compile sales and productivity reports and submit to upper management
Oversee inventory, reorder and restock when necessary
Manage and train employees and assign duties as needed
