Your role as an Inside Sales Agent goes beyond traditional sales. You'll be a crucial component in our consultative approach, diving into rich dialogues with homeowners. With leads coming in from our vast paid marketing channels, forget about the hard sell or cold calls. Instead, your days will involve: • Engaging in in-depth discussions with homeowners about their needs and our solutions. • Ensuring diligent follow-up to nurture and maintain relationships. • Leveraging your comprehensive understanding of sales to provide optimum solutions. Your expertise will be the bridge connecting homeowners to our range of offerings, ensuring they get the best fit for their needs. Compensation: Base Salary: $50,000 + Commissions =/+ $100,000 Annually (Comprehensive breakdown provided upon interview) Responsibilities: Here's what a typical day might look like: • You're the first point of contact for homeowners looking to sell their houses. • You book appointments for our Real Estate Advisors (Outside Sales). • You help compile sales packets for the Real Estate Advisors before each appointment. • You update the CRM with detailed notes and info from the appointments. • You perform preliminary analyses of real estate properties to understand current value and estimated repairs. • You qualify leads and identify potential opportunities. • You manage the overall CRM and make sure all leads are followed up with regularly. • You track leads through their journey, ensuring the right people get the right touchpoints at the right time. • You keep our Real Estate Advisors on their toes, reminding them to follow up and keep appointments updated. • ALL LEADS PROVIDED THROUGH OUR PAID MARKETING CHANNELS In return, we offer: • 401k plan and health insurance benefits. • 4 weeks of PTO in your first year. • A vibrant, team-oriented environment where your phone skills can shine. • 1-on-1 weekly coaching and sales training • You'll be surrounded by highly motivated, successful, and positive-thinking real estate investors…which will surely rub off on you if you’re interested in the real estate investing space • Company retreats – that’s right…from time to time we’ll meet in beautiful locations to work on the business’s goals and vision • Promote ability! Qualifications: • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Real estate license or pursuing required • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • You love talking on the phone. Like, really love it. And you have a knack for making others feel special. • Attention to detail and organization are your superpowers. • You're naturally empathetic, patient, and understanding, especially when handling difficult situations. • Tech-savvy and quick on the uptake, you're comfortable in our CRM and eager to learn any new systems. • Routine tasks are your jam, and you're fulfilled by the satisfaction of a job well done. • You've spent at least 1 year in a similar role and are ready to take your skills to the next level. • You're self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively without a physical office. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan
