    Real Estate Acquisitions/Dispositions The one thing the Acquisitions Specialist should specialize in is dealing with motivated sellers, creating win/win results for both us and the Sellers and getting contracts signed. The In-House Lead Team will have your schedule and will set appointments on your behalf for the motivated leads they generate. You will also be pro-actively networking for deals in any way you can, such as MLS deals, FSBO deal, Craigslist deals and pocket listings from realtors, referrals from past sellers or friends, and networking with other wholesalers and getting contracts signed! Responsibilities: • Go on appointments with homeowners and get properties under contract • Prospects for new leads all day, every day • Networking and bringing in outside business (postal workers, referrals, bird dogs, etc.) • Manage leads within our customer relationship management software (CRM) • Complete daily task within the CRM (mostly follow up calls) • Pre-appointment planning by running neighborhood comps • Call appointments to let them know you are in route • Build rapport • Takes pictures and video of every property inside and out • Calls/text In-House Lead Manager with FSBO signs and “driving for dollars” leads • Send a notification out to the team once an contract is signed Qualifications: • Main requirement: MUST be a sales shark with outstanding people skills • A-type personality, go-getter, stellar negotiator creating win/win solutions for all parties involved • NEED to be great at due diligence and gauging rehab estimates • Must have a grasp on the real estate comps in your market • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to actively look for ways to help people • You will work between 30 and 40 hours per week with most of those hours being in the various targeted neighborhoods • Saturday appointments may be required • This is a Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX based position • You are responsible for providing your own home office with computer, high speed internet, scanner, headset, reliable transportation, etc. Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 yearly
