    Job Description

    Join our dynamic consulting team to deliver high-impact solutions across risk, compliance, operations, and technology transformation. In this role, you will work directly with clients to solve complex business challenges, support critical initiatives, and drive measurable outcomes.

    You will operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, balancing independent ownership with strong collaboration across teams. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in technology and/or fintech environments, particularly within regulated or compliance-driven contexts.

    What You’ll Do

    • Client Delivery & Execution
      • Lead and support client engagements, both onsite and remotely, delivering high-quality workstreams and producing complex, client-ready deliverables
    • Project & Workstream Management
      • Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate activities across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
    • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
      • Build strong client relationships and confidently present insights, recommendations, and strategic decisions to stakeholders, including senior leadership
    • Business Analysis & Problem Solving
      • Analyze client challenges using both quantitative and qualitative approaches to develop structured, actionable solutions
    • Risk & Compliance Support
      • Support the design and implementation of compliance frameworks, systems, and processes, including defining data requirements and analyzing performance trends
    • Team Collaboration & Mentorship
      • Collaborate with team members and provide guidance on tools, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
    • Documentation & Knowledge Management
      • Maintain clear and organized project documentation to ensure transparency, continuity, and knowledge sharing
    • Thought Leadership & Practice Development
      • Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and the development of firm capabilities
    • Business Development Support
      • Assist in proposal development, identify new opportunities, and support broader business development efforts
    • Meeting Facilitation
      • Lead effective meetings with both internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment and clear next steps
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics, or a related field
    • 1 - 4 years of client-facing management consulting experience, preferably within technology or fintech environments
    • Experience supporting or delivering risk, compliance, or regulatory-related initiatives
    • Strong understanding of industry challenges within technology, fintech, or regulated environments
    • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, including knowing when to escalate issues
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

    Preferred

    • Master’s degree or MBA
    • Experience within financial services, fintech, or technology-driven organizations
    • Exposure to areas such as risk management, compliance, financial crimes, or regulatory programs
    • Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, or process improvement methodologies

    • Annual Base Salary Range: $93,800 - $116,300, commensurate with experience and qualifications

    Office Workplace Guidelines

    Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days or more per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
