    About the Role:

    The Risk Management Administrator role will provide administrator services to the legal, vending, insurance, and risk managements services. To meet the expectation in this role you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as in risk management protocols.     Responsibilities:

    Drafting reports, memos, letters, minutes, and other documents for risk management, legal, vending and insurance matters.

    Prepare cease and desist correspondences to policy and license violators.

    Manage the reporting and resolutions process for vendors.

    Manage the special events checklist (“SEC”) process.

    Respond to customer service request via the help desk customer support portal and other methods of communications

    Perform research and training on matters pertaining to risk management

    All other duties as assigned by the Risk Management Manager.

    Job Description: Risk Management Administrator

    Results-Oriented - Must be able to set, execute, and achieve the goals and objectives of the fraternity. Capable of delivering results in a demanding environment with limited resources (financial, human, and technological.).

    Computer Skills - Must have competent PC skills and knowledgeable of business software (e.g. - Microsoft Office suite).

    Trademark & Copyright Management - Managing filings, renewals, monitoring usage, and addressing potential infringements.

    Regulatory Awareness - Understanding relevant laws, standards, and industry best practices related to intellectual property.

    Technology Adoption - Comfortable integrating new applications into daily workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.

    Rapid Application Learning - Proven ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and effectively utilize new systems, tools, and technologies with minimal supervision

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field

    2+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related administrative role

    Strong knowledge of risk assessment frameworks, insurance principles, and regulatory compliance

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders

    High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive matters

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems

    Experience working with nonprofit organizations, Greek-letter organizations, or membership associations is a plus
