We are seeking a Risk Management Manager to join the leadership team within the hospital’s Patient Safety & Risk Management Program. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Risk Management to foster a proactive culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Health Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field)

• 1–3 years of healthcare risk management experience

• CPHRM certification preferred

• Prior leadership or management responsibility required

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $92,139 – $122,084 (Based on experience)

• Full-Time + Comprehensive Benefits Package
