Risk Management Project Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY
Creates and deploys strategic training and development material & channels for the topics of Safety and Health, Claims, Regulatory Compliance and Insurance. Works collaboratively across all business lines to identify risk, safety, claims & insurance learning opportunities that align with company strategy and needs. Manages content development of learning programs for their identified brand and RBS functions. Researches and recommends learning strategies and solutions for the internal team and for brand and RBS needs.
Provides technical/professional guidance and recommendations.
Aligns with unique brand needs to ensure training and informational materials reduce company risk profile or enhance reputation
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Successfully manage multiple, concurrent projects and leads the coordination of several work streams
Consult with Risk Management function leads to determine and assess learning needs for RM department and brand / RBS partners
Recommend optional learning delivery channel for learning solutions using needs assessment results and learning knowledge and experience
Serves as companywide resource on instructional design, development, and/or delivery for Risk Management & Safety compliance and program training
Partner with the subject matter experts to ensure learning content is accurate and aligned with Risk Management and company strategy
Determine appropriate graphic content (video, photo, clip art, original art, vector graphics) to enhance visual effectiveness of material
Manage video and photo shoots for programs as needed
Build script used for audio and video recording and code development, incorporating proper style format and grammar use for the intended audience
Perform program development tasks using the appropriate development tool, including eLearning development
Leads and negotiates with external vendors in the development of programs
Manage usability tests for all courses to confirm desired functionality
Manage brand standards for all training materials to ensure a consistent appearance
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or 5-7 years of relevant work experience in risk management, claims, safety or insurance
Proven project mangement experience, ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills used to evaluate training requirements, trends, compliance areas and available technologies
Strong team player that thrives in a high performing, creative environment
Successful in multiple environments and the ability to be effective at all levels of the organization
Self-motivated to meet multiple deadlines and business objectives with minimal supervision
Support multiple, concurrent projects
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, business partners, and external vendors
