    We are a rapidly growing, vertically focused independent retail agency based out of Dallas. We’re seeking experienced producers who in addition to building their books of business are willing and able to assist in the growth plans and strategy of the agency including mentoring younger producers and potentially stepping into leadership roles. You can build a large book of business with the assistance of a dedicated back-office support team to make sure every client is taken care of. Additionally, there’s huge potential for growth within this organization. Offering a full 3-year guaranteed Six figure salary, excellent benefits, $1000 a month car allowance, and many other perks. Commission splits are 70% in year one, 50% in year two, and 35%/35% new and renewal years three and on. Responsibilities: • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Excellent follow-up skills • The ability to self-manage as this role will be remote • A track record of success and attaining production goals. • Devote your exclusive attention and time during working hours to the business of the Company and perform the duties and responsibilities necessary to produce Net Commissions and Fees on behalf of the Company; • Create and maintain lead list from various sources; • Prospect and secure opportunities to provide insurance services; • Collect, review, and provide accurate and thorough submission information to account managers for marketing; • Assist in soliciting, preparing and review of insurance proposals, policies, and renewal information; • Comply with all state licensing and continuing education requirements necessary to perform your duties. Qualifications: • 3-4+ years of Insurance Sales Experience preferably within a commercial retail agency • P&C License • Strong connections and lead generation Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
