    As a Senior Claims Representative, under moderate supervision, this position handles primarily Total Loss Claims and assists in writing virtual estimates through the claim life cycle while maintaining compliance with internal and external quality standards and state-specific regulations. Responsibilities: • Contact all appropriate parties to gather supporting documents necessary to negotiate and settle the claim within their authority level (i.e.; obtaining the title, keys, and other required documentation). • Provide quality customer service and ensure appraisal quality, timely inspections, and communication with customers. • Inspect, photograph, and appraise damage to autos, heavy trucks, and specialty equipment that have been damaged in an accident or weather-related loss. • Apply established appraisal protocols and metrics to all estimates; document the rationale for any departure from applicable protocols and metrics with or without assistance. • Represent the company as a technical resource and act within established professional guidelines as well as applicable state laws. Qualifications: • 5 plus years of Total Loss and Auto Physical Damage Claims Adjusting experience.2 plus years of auto damage appraisal experience. • Multi-Line claim handling experience preferred. • Heavy Equipment and Specialty vehicle appraisal experience a plus. (Construction equipment, 18 wheelers, RV’s). Compensation: $74,000 - $76,000 yearly
