Full-time - HYBRID with two days in office in Lakeland - High School Diploma and 1-year of relevant independent agency/commercial lines property & casualty experience (Seeking candidates from surrounding counties to Polk County, Florida) Fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Some marketing/public relations activities may be necessary. Commercial Lines Department - Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative Provide timely, accurate and responsive information to our Client Insureds in a team centric environment. Empowered to solve concerns with existing Client Insureds and able to identify insureds needs to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention of business. Primary Responsibilities Support senior Commercial Account Managers in a comprehensive manner: documentation, applications, quoting, data entry, communication follow-up, process documents, update Client information, issue certificates, etc. Help the Agency retain an existing book of business and grow additional new accounts Provide timely, accurate customer service by answering inbound calls, researching inquiries and responding to coverage, billing and policy related questions Rewrite or generate new policies by recommending available coverages and products to meet client's insurance needs Continued professional growth by completing various corporate product training courses Build customer service knowledge by taking personal initiative for learning additional processes and client-specific procedures to support customers in secondary areas and provide comprehensive, well-informed responses to inquiries Gain knowledge of department processes and procedures on a daily basis Required Qualifications Education: High School Diploma / GED Experience: at least 1-year relevant independent agency / commercial lines property & casualty experience Licenses / Certifications: 4-40 or 2-20 Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance license Company Description Rita Staffing is an equal opportunity employer
