This position entails many aspects of operating a frozen treat outlet, which include

• Making water ice (You get to choose the flavors for the day)
• Setting up the shop for daily operations
• Opening and closing checklist and daily procedures checklist verifications
• Handling monetary transactions and cash balancing
• Providing customers with quality service and an awesome guest experience
• Making our signature treats quickly and efficiently
• Providing treat suggestions and upselling
• Assisting with training and developing treat team members
• Helping to coordinate the store marketing, catering. fundraising and social media programs
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well stocked store

Days are flexible but applicants should have regular availability between 9 and 3; Additional shifts are available and include mid-day, weekends, and evening closings.

Pay is $14 to $17 an hour, based on experience and availability, plus tips (which range from and additional $2 to $7 an hour).
