Together, we can create environments that inspire and delight! As a Freelance Design Partner with Rite Reno, you will collaborate closely with our build team on a project-by-project basis. Your role will involve working with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, and overseeing the design phase through to implementation. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that each project is not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical and in line with clients’ lifestyle and budget. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients and the Rite Reno team to develop design concepts that meet client needs and expectations. • Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, material selections, and furniture placements. • Work closely with our build team to ensure designs are feasible and align with project timelines and budgets. • Present design ideas to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize plans. • Stay current with design trends and materials, continuously bringing fresh ideas and innovations to the table. • Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and codes. Qualifications: • Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, translating client desires into practical and beautiful designs. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar). • A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating high-quality, functional spaces. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 annually based on piecework
