Responsibilities: • Perform garage door repair, operator repairs, and programming accessories. • Diagnose and troubleshoot garage door and operator problems and issues. • Provide excellent customer service to clients. • Utilize field management software system to complete jobs and process payments. • Communicate effectively with clients and team members. • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and excellent time management skills. • Maintain the company-provided service vehicle. Qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) completion is required. • The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Prior experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field would be advantageous. • Proficiency in arithmetic, problem-solving, and collaborative work is essential. • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. • Must have a clean background check. • River City Door is a Drug-Free Workplace. Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 yearly
