The River City Pella team is looking for an individual with a background in construction, and extensive experience in leading high-performance teams.
Job responsibilities
· Oversees the entire Installation department
· Supervises Installation crews: both in-house and subcontractors
· Responsible for installation customer satisfaction
· Responsible for supervision of order verification technicians
· Responsible for supervision of Project Coordinators
Job requirements
· 5 years of related construction experience
· 3 years of leadership experience
· Window and door installation experience
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Excellent customer relationship skills
· Strong communication skills
· Internal sense of urgency and able to create a sense of urgency in your team and sub-contractors
