Program Specialist needed in downtown Sacramento for a dynamic, fast growing statewide non-profit that develops programs for people with disabilities. This is position offers a great opportunity for the right candidate who wants to work for a non-profit that makes a difference in communities throughout California. A temp to hire, full time opportunity with 100% employer paid benefits.     Responsibilities: Staffs the network toll-free line and responds to text and email inquiries in multiple languages and follow up as needed. Responds to loan program inquiries, determines initial eligibility and assist consumer along to next steps and documents inquiries for accounting management.   Provides regular progress reports and takes meeting minutes at staff meetings.   Participates in training and outreach events as needed representing client’s programs in the community.   Requirements: Spanish speaking is required. Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent customer service Initiate projects and work with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills.   Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.  Other compliance factors may be involved, depending on position including COVID Vaccination/Boosters.
