Staff Accountant needed in Sacramento. This person will perform billing, create financial reports, prepare budgets, update general ledgers, and perform other general bookkeeping functions including reconciliation and month-end closing. Apply today!   Responsibilities: Analyzes and reconciles accounts including bank statement reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and cash management reports. Manages mortgages and processes monthly loan payments Processes general accounting transactions and resolves any discrepancies Supports month-end processes Assists with semi-monthly payroll Assists with semi-annual property tax payments and provides documentation   Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant field Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Access QuickBooks experience a huge plus Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Strong communication skills to ensure follow through and consistency   Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
