Job Description

Customer Service Specialist needed for a Sacramento Sailing and Yacht company. This is a temporary position with the potential opportunity for direct hire, for the right person. Client will entertain qualified candidates immediately. Duties include:

• Taking incoming calls from private owners for parts.
• Research parts and input the orders into computer system.
• Follow up on past due invoices.

Requirements:

• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Must have solid customer service experience.
• Must be comfortable in a fast pace environment.
• Must have experience with sailboats.
• Fast and accurate data entry.

Must be able to clear a thorough drug and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
