Customer Service Representatives needed for an established and organization who does great work for the community, in the Arden/Arcade area of Sacramento. These are temporary positions with the potential opportunity for direct hire, for the right candidates. Client will entertain qualified candidates immediately. The main responsibilities include:

• Handle incoming phone calls.
• Assist customer in office and discuss products offered.
• Collecting information for customers and entering it into database
• Follow up with customers on missing information if needed.

Qualifications include:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in customer service.
• Must have strong attention to detail and follow through.

Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references, proper documentation to verify completion of high school education, must clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check and have the ability to provide proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
