Job Description
At RiverHills Bank we are looking to have a Marketing Specialist join our team with a focus on digital marketing. We are looking for someone that will fit our company culture and work well with all other departments to grow our RiverHills Bank brand.
This person will develop and execute marketing components to support RiverHills Bank’s business objectives. Components consist of content creation, social media management, marketing campaigns, email marketing and search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and more.
Responsibilities
• Manage social media and create posts • Manage website and create pages and content as needed • Website optimization • Order promotional items as needed • Organization all promotional items • Organization of internal media • Creation and order of physical flyers and brochures • Creation of ads • Crafting of emails/newsletters • Basic video editing • Generating and creating various reports to track advertising and marketing analytics • Help Organize Community, Marketing & Employee Events • Manage online sales platforms and ad optimization • Oversee marketing budgets
Work Schedule Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the Office 2 Days Remote

Qualifications
• College Degree related to Marketing or equivalent • Experience in digital marketing • Experience with Facebook ads • Working knowledge of how to use the Adobe Creative Suite • Some experience with web design
