    LNA shift differentials:

    2nd shift = $2.00 per hour

    3rd shift = $2.50 per hour ** ******

    ****Weekends = $1.50 per hour (Friday 5PM-Sunday midnight)


    Responsibilities

    Provides health care services, under the supervision of the appropriate professional staff, that assist the resident in the achievement of physical and emotional comfort.


    Qualifications

    • Successful completion of a nursing assistant course that meets federal/state requirements.
    • Licensed by the State of New Hampshire as a nursing assistant.
    • CPR certification required.
    • Three months minimum experience in long term care preferred.
    • Able to follow oral and written instructions and compose short correspondence and notes.
    • Able to present information in small group and one-on-one settings.
    • Works in a team responsibly and independently without direct supervision.
    • Records observations and activities.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Knowledge and Abilities:
    • Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to and communicate with the geriatric population.
      Able to assess data reflecting the resident's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each resident's requirements.
