    We are seeking a dedicated and organized full-time Human Resources / Finance Coordinator to join our team, supporting both our Human Resources and Accounting teams in maintaining the highest standards of service.     RiverMead is a not-for-profit, full-service, LifeCare Community located in Peterborough, New Hampshire.     Responsibilities include

    • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process including new hire orientation and other employee related items.
    • Assists with maintaining all employee files timely and accurately and maintain confidentiality when inputting and handling employee information.
    • Maintain accurate records and files including benefit related invoices, contracts, licenses, handbook, job descriptions, design documents, etc.
    • Ensures all general policies are accessible to Department Heads and that employees have access to their respective department policies.
    • Prepares corporate documents with government agencies to conform with applicable laws.
    • Coordinates distribution of staff, resident, vendor, or other correspondence, as directed.
    • Assist in technology initiatives, including maintaining databases and inventory.
    • Manages HR monthly reporting related to benefits and performance management.
    • Coordination of employee-related events.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or transferable experience in a related field.

    • Must possess strong computer skills including Excel, Word; knowledge of ADP payroll and HR software a plus.

    • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and ability to work with limited supervision required.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of the appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages, especially the geriatric population.

    • Must be self-directed and dependable.

    • Must be a team player with a can-do attitude!
