_THIS POSITION QUALIFIES FOR A $750 _SIGN-ON BONUS!

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Preparing hot and cold entrees, soups, vegetables, appetizers, salads and desserts, using preparation sheets and recipes for our multiple dining venues, as well as our Health Center and special events/functions.  Seeking individuals with experience and attention to details such as "eye appeal and plate presentation". 

Other duties include performing food preparation using proper food handling techniques. Utilizing techniques which comply with safety and sanitation rules and practices.  Completing required food temperature checks. Performing advance preparation as indicated. Completing preparation records and storing food items properly at close of meal service.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of (2) years professional cooking experience required. ServSafe certification (or willingness to become certified) required. Takes oral and written instruction well. Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
