Job SummaryRiverside Counseling in Fredericksburg and Stafford Virginia is seeking both part-time and full-time licensed mental health clinicians (LPC,LCSW,LCP) to join our growing practice. Our licensed clinicians are paid $65.00 - 75.00 per hour and medical benefits are available. Our clinicians set their own schedules and are paid on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. We provide fully-furnished offices and a warm, supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Current and unrestricted state license (LPC, LCSW, LCP)

Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
