A Finance Manager must have a professional personal appearance, excellent communication skills and the ability to meet the company’s production and quality standards. A minimum of two years experience is required. Candidate must have the ability to sell products, adhere to all truth in lending laws, execute proper DMV paperwork and must be able to communicate with our banks to obtain approval in a timely manner. Organizational skills are a must as you will be responsible for obtaining any required documents/re-write to ensure full funding of the deal. Career minded individuals that can deliver an excellent customer experience and meet the high volume demands of our sales departments are encouraged to apply. A successful candidate will have passion, drive, integrity and a positive attitude. Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
