We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our CUSTOMER SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST.

POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: 

This role will be work directly with Riverside's key customers and will be responsible for building a collaborative partnership.  As the first Customer Supply Chain Analyst in the US, this role will play an integral part in the implementation of key initiatives and process development for the Customer Supply Chain Team at Riverside. 

To improve how we service our customers while increasing internal operating efficiencies, the Customer Supply Chain Analyst will establish strong cross functional relationships with the Commercialization team, Supply and Demand Planning, Sales Account Managers, and Logistics and Distribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Manage planning and execution of new product launches, discontinuations, seasonal demand spikes, and promotions with internal teams and the customer
• Execute weekly forecast analytics and provide insight on orders to forecast variance and recommendations for improvement
• Establish Collaborative Planning & Forecast Replenishment best practices to identify actionable trends and meet customer inventory and in stock targets 
• Support Riverside's US growth by ensuring initial orders to new direct customers are executed on time and in full
• Partner with the Customer Supply Chain Manager to identify ordering efficiency and shipping network opportunities, driving a reduction in shipment cost per case
• Identify root cause and mitigation plan for customer returns and OTIF related fines and fees
• Assist in developing internal On Time and Fill Rate reporting for key customers to share with senior leadership 
• Participate and lead regular Customer meetings to present supply chain related performance metrics, challenge assumptions and provide support for recommended resolution
• Monitor customer inventory levels to provide ordering recommendations and insight to future shipment expectations
• Proactively identify and problem solve any opportunities, trends, or threats that may impact key customer initiatives
• Demonstrate and uphold Riverside's Core Values

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/related discipline

• 1-3 years Supply Chain experience, CPG industry preferred

• SAP experience highly preferred

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
