POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Direct-Hire

DESCRIPTION: Riverside retail store is seeking an experienced customer service associate to join their team. Position will be responsible for working directly with customers over the phone, via the internet and on the sales floor. Daily duties will include greeting customers, answering the phone, closing sales, preparing product orders and providing appraisals, gift wrapping, purchasing inventory, physical product check-ins, keeping wrapping area and office supply trays organized, light inventory and maintenance, maintaining and organizing display props, general store maintenance (sweeping daily, cleaning display cases as needed), daily merchandising, planning holiday decorations,  and other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIRES: 1 to 3 years in a customer service or sales position handling money or valuables, superior communication skills, excellent organization skills, flexibility to work with a variety of personalities, and a desire for excellence in small details. Ability to work full time, Tuesday through Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm, plus extra availability during holidays for overtime required.
