Job Description

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Temp-To-Hire DESCRIPTION: Redlands company is seeking a payroll specialist with a good understanding of public works projects, office payroll/compliance software, has basic accounting knowledge and is comfortable in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment. Position will be responsible for assisting with weekly processing, maintaining employee personnel files, processing employee payroll deductions and garnishments, report preparation, verify and audit attendance records and timesheets, other duties as assigned. 

POSITION REQUIRES: A minimum of three years payroll/compliance experience, construction industry highly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office required, familiarity with LCP Tracker and Dropbox preferred.

SALARY: $22.00ph – $25.00ph, DOE
