Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for end-to-end recruitment as well as full reporting and analytic communications. This position will be responsible for headhunting candidates and establishing strategic pipelines. This person must be able to communicate the value proposition of a role and sell it to the candidate. Role responsibilities include creating and publishing job/contract ads, interviewing candidates, seeking out new candidate sources, and process improvement projects. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment and great communication skills. Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who contribute to our company’s growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Work closely with department managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
Set hiring goals (e.g., quarterly and annual)
Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill, provide reporting updates to the VP, Human Capital
Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until completion of the onboarding process
Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)
Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates
Manage the strategic recruitment plan and ensure selection of highly qualified personnel
Interview candidates and review with Management and the VP, Human Capital
Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)
Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates
Manage logistics services
Performing other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Work experience as an Agency Recruiter
Proficiency with full-cycle recruitment
Hands-on experience with different recruitment softwares and Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong interviewing skills and expertise with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)
Experience with social media recruiting
Understanding of HR practices and labor laws
Exceptional proactive communication skills
Must have demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining diverse employee talent, including creating and implementing recruitment strategies
Exceptional project and personnel management skills
Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential
Exhibit extraordinary discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our senior management team
