    This position is responsible for Driving accurate, consistent financial reporting. This includes supporting the development of periodic management presentations and supporting schedules, including business reviews, strategic plans collaborating with different departments.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Drive accurate, consistent financial reporting
    • Support the development of periodic management presentations and supporting schedules, including business reviews, strategic plans
    • Partner closely with Field Operations managers to provide financial analysis and reporting.
    • Support Accounting on monthly close process.
    • In-depth analysis of business performance effectively communicating with the location leadership teams to determine how the business is performing and what could be causing variances to the forecasts and plans.
    • Monthly forecast and planning for P&I and the year-to-date results with forecast for the remaining months in the year.
    • Recommend, suggest, and advise the expectations, risks and opportunities to provide the most accurate financial guidance possible to senior management.
    • Create annual business budget plans
    • Work in conjunction with Accounting team to understand and track transactions
    • Manage logistics services
    • Performing other work-related duties as assigned

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required

    • New College Graduate or up to 2 years experience

    • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines

    • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft Excel and Word as well as experience with accounting software

    • High attention to details, ability to take directions, self-check and follow up on work

    • Able to enter accurate financial /numerical data

    • Strong organizational skill

    • Must be customer focused, seek continuous improvement and be highly self-directed

    • Ability to work under tight deadlines, with flexibility and adaptability

    • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maturity in working with confidential and sensitive material

    • Effective communication and presentation (creation/facilitation) skills with all levels of management
