This position is responsible for Driving accurate, consistent financial reporting. This includes supporting the development of periodic management presentations and supporting schedules, including business reviews, strategic plans collaborating with different departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required
New College Graduate or up to 2 years experience
Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft Excel and Word as well as experience with accounting software
High attention to details, ability to take directions, self-check and follow up on work
Able to enter accurate financial /numerical data
Strong organizational skill
Must be customer focused, seek continuous improvement and be highly self-directed
Ability to work under tight deadlines, with flexibility and adaptability
Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maturity in working with confidential and sensitive material
Effective communication and presentation (creation/facilitation) skills with all levels of management
