Job Description

We are seeking Commercial Loan Officers to become a part of our Nationwide Sales Team! You will evaluate and authorize approval of commercial business purpose loans to be used for real estate and/or businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• Collect pertinent information and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to your clients
• Be professional at all times

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with financial and lending practices
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• No license requirements
• Must pass background check if you are registered with NMLS
• Need to be a self starter, out of the box thinker that can hit the ground running with limited training

Commission Based

Full Time or Part Time
