    Job Description

    WE ARE LOOKING TO GROW OUR RIVERWALK TEAM WITH A NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE!

    Seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative that will be responsible for guiding clients through various financial processes either directly or indirectly by the Company. The Company utilizes software and telephones for communication with both team members and clients.

    OVERVIEW OF COMPANY:

    Riverwalk Debt Solutions, Inc. is a processing firm that assists consumers with Federal Student Loan Consolidations through various Department of Education programs defined by the William D Ford Act of 2007. The Company also offers a variety of other Consumer Financial Products that are aimed to assist consumers in establishing or re-establishing control over their Financial Life.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Knowledge in using standard office equipment
    • Experience with operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • Proper telephone etiquette
    • Capable of multi-tasking while maintaining high quality
    • Excellent communication skills in regards to writing and telephone conversations
    • Team player with a positive attitude and able to participate in team activities

    WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Experience in multiple customer service positions
    • Carries a professional and enthusiastic attitude
    • Achievements showcasing ability to work well in this position
    • Bi-lingual is highly recommended

    PREFERRED:

    • 2-3 years of past business customer service related experience

    DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Take inbound calls to assist clients with their student loan files
    • Make outbound calls to reach clients and inform them of needed information
    • Create and set reminders to follow up with clients
    • Keep a track of accounts and calls completed throughout the day
    • Assist clients moving from the enrollment phase to processing
    • Provide team members with needed information on specific accounts
    • Communicate properly, professionally and honestly
    • Maintain high quality service at all times to associated companies and clients
    • Explain benefits of programs to clients with limited understanding
    • Maintain department production goals and standards
    • Be willing to participate in meetings and training as necessary

    SALARY:

    • $10.00/hr
