POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for applying a wide range of HR tasks in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, training, credentialing, and employee benefits. Utilizes and maintains HRIS databases and prepares communication/reports as requested. Applies best HR practices and maintains compliance with all applicable state, federal, local, and other regulatory agencies standards. Acts as point of contact, support and education for employee question while providing excellent customer service.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field or applicable Human Resources experience.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of human resources management. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organization skills. Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Requires the ability to completed tasks independently while working as a member of a team.
