Intake Coordinator and Recruiter
Rivus Wellness and Research Institute is growing and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for anyone interested in participating in one of our research studies. The majority of the day will be spent making phone calls to warm leads from various sources. A professional, polite, and patient attitude with the ability to convey that through a phone is a must. Additional responsibilities include sending information to patients via postal mail and email, scheduling intake appointments with patients, gathering past treatment history and entering it into the patient's medical record, and sending medical records requests to outside providers.This is a part-time position with the ability to grow into full-time after based on performance.Essential Duties
Manage and contact patient referrals for various studies. Add to database. Contact referral if they meet indication requirements we need for particular enrolling study.
Assess eligibility of potential subjects through methods such as phone screening interviews discussions with physicians and study coordinators.
Be the first point of contact for all subjects.
Be well versed and educated on study procedures and patient compensation.
Manage and organize patient database CTMS.
Receive initial patient paperwork from front office and ad information into database.
Oversee Standard Operating Procedure for informed consent process. Ensure that informed consent is properly signed and dated by study patient, signed and dated by PI and signed and dated by Research Coordinator. Ensure that when informed consent revisions are issued that subject, PI and Coordinator have all signed most recent and valid informed consent boy the next study visit.
Requirements
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Ability to multitask
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on multiple computer platforms for patient record keeping
Ability to meet and exceed goals
Ability to work Saturday's
