TELEMARKETER

As a dedicated Telemarketer, you will be responsible for lead generation management; more specifically you will be responsible for calling, emailing, and following up with warm sales leads. You may also be tasked with sourcing or researching prospective leads, and following up and providing your team members with updates or other information relevant to the lead.

As a part of the team, you will be provided with training, ongoing support, and coaching. From time to time, you may be asked to prepare a bid or to follow up on bids sent out.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

• Provide updates on any Sales to team members

• Reach out to potential customers with the objective of converting a warm lead into a sale

• Deliver scripted talks that describe the company’s products and services

• Explain products and services to potential customers

• Answer inquiries regarding products and services

• Follow up on customers for potential sales.

• Keep a record of customer interactions using our CRM

• Updating any relevant information in the CRM to maintain up to date records

• Prioritize and target customers/prospects by the potential for revenues, cost to sell, and the probability of success

DAILY & WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reach the daily minimum outbound activity

• Provide relevant status updates to Team Leader

• Facilitate any conversations between Sales Lead and Internal Sales team members

• Provide a daily, weekly, and monthly status report

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in B2B sales, Telemarketing, or Marketing.

• Professional attitude is a must

• Strong communication skills is a must

• Willingness to be coached, and learn how to use HubSpot (all training material will be provided)

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word & Excel)
